Overview
Senior AI and automation integration engineer within the HR Technology team, focused on building intelligent plugins, automations, and integrations for enterprise HR workflows.
What you'll do
- Learn and deliver projects using HR AI and automation platforms such as ServiceNow RPA.
- Gather and validate requirements with HR, IT, business, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Lead automation and integration implementations with project stakeholders.
- Design AI-agent integrations through technical analysis and architecture workshops.
- Test, document, and deploy plugins and enhancements.
- Ensure security, data integrity, and compliance across integrations.
- Prepare solution design documents and propose scalable technical solutions.
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience working on HR platforms with a strong focus on integrations.
- 3+ years of back-end development experience in at least one programming language.
- Hands-on experience with APIs and integration technologies.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or a similar area.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to support business analysis and end-to-end project implementation.
- General understanding of AI technologies and terminology.
Nice to have
- Workday HCM configuration or integrations certification.
- ServiceNow certification.
- Automation technology certification, such as Automation Anywhere, ServiceNow RPA, KNIME, or UiPath.
- Hands-on experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Details
- Remote in India with occasional reporting to a GM worksite as directed.
- Night shift: 5 PM to 1:30 AM IST.
