Sr. Analyst 2, Billing

Overview

Senior Analyst – Billing role with a strong O2C Billing background on the Billing team, reporting to the Billing Lead, based in Pune, India.

What you'll do

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of Sales orders & invoices
• Address and solve client questions and issues through tickets
• Understand and work on credit and rebill process
• Work with cross functional teams to resolve queries
• Follow company guidelines and billing procedures to ensure compliance
• Resolve any errors or discrepancies with customer billing, or billing reports
• Manage monthly closing of financial records and posting of month end information
• Assist the accounting department with the preparation of financial reports
• Assist with major initiatives and process improvement projects
• Manage process documentation
• Ad hoc projects, as deemed necessary
• Support the team in the monthly and quarterly close

What you'll need

• Commerce graduate/Postgraduate / MBA Finance
• 4-6 Years of Experience in O2C Billing and Sales Order review
• Sound Accounting knowledge and understanding
• High degree of attention to detail
• Good knowledge of MS Office Suites
• Understanding of ERP
• Excellent communication skills are a must with a good command over written and spoken English
• A self-starter and a team player
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes

Nice to have

• NetSuite and SFDC experience
• Experience with a “Shared Resource Centre” or “Global Business Services”
