Sr Analyst Procurement

Overview

Provides procurement services for broad areas of the organization or business unit, supporting the Procurement Manager in vendor sourcing, negotiation and contract administration.

What you'll do

• Provide procurement services for broad areas of the organization or business unit.
• Assist the Procurement Manager in vendor identification and sourcing.
• Request quotes and negotiate with vendors to improve pricing and delivery options.
• Strive to achieve the lowest cost consistent with quality, reliability and the vendor's ability to meet required schedules.
• Prepare reports on vendor performance, contract status, modifications, renewals, etc.
• Identify and resolve contract, delivery and other issues with third party vendors, referring significant or complex issues to higher levels.
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of all contracting documentation.
• May prepare bid packages.

What you'll need

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years' relevant experience, OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
