Sr Assoc, Software Dev

Overview

Sr Associate Software Developer role focused on leading the delivery of business-critical software solutions across multiple projects and applications.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a team of software engineers.
• Manage delivery of multiple software development and application enhancement projects.
• Partner with business stakeholders to define requirements and translate needs into solutions.
• Coordinate internal teams and external development vendors for timely, high-quality delivery.
• Establish project plans and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and issues.
• Review technical designs for scalability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Oversee testing, deployment, and production support and monitor vendor performance.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in software engineering, application development, or technology delivery roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and/or managing external development vendors.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and modern software delivery practices.
• Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating with business stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of application development technologies, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise integrations.
• Experience managing project budgets, vendor contracts, and delivery performance metrics.
