Sr Associate, Disputes and Fraud Analysis

Overview

Provides first-level technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and maintaining accurate support records.

What you'll do

• Provide first-level technical support to clients.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose software or hardware problems.
• Guide clients through technical solutions.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
• Document client interactions and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve support processes.
• Maintain knowledge of company products to assist clients.

What you'll need

• At least 2 years of technical support experience.
• At least 1 year of experience troubleshooting software or hardware issues.
• At least 1 year of phone or remote support experience.
• At least 1 year of experience using ticketing systems.
• At least 2 years of combined educational, related, or military experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Zendesk or a similar support platform.
• Familiarity with financial technology products.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
