What you'll do

• Map the market and lead pursuits across industry verticals aligned to practice priorities.
• Support the key account strategy for the practice.
• Deliver end-to-end ownership of client projects, including planning, project/program management, and quality of deliverables.
• Manage cross-functional projects with resources from multiple geographies and practices.
• Contribute to solution definition and development of a value proposition for clients.
• Partner to author/curate/contribute to thought leadership research for the practice.
• Lead and provide feedback to a team of consultants/senior consultants in project contexts.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience.
• MBA as the required education qualification.
• Experience/skills in HR.
