Sr Associate Human Resources

Overview

Sr Associate Human Resources in HR Talent Lifecycle Delivery Services, delivering HR service center support and leading/coordinating HR Connect projects for supported countries with a focus on Amgen global (Europe and Latin America).

What you'll do

• Deliver HR service center support and manage Tier 1/2 HR inquiries and transactions via a ServiceNow ticketing platform.
• Lead and/or coordinate regional and global HR Connect system and process improvement projects, audits, and initiatives.
• Serve as a liaison across HR Connect teams to promote global alignment of activities, transactions, and audit practices.
• Provide subject matter expertise to employees, managers, and local HR teams on complex inquiries and HR Connect responsibilities.
• Act as SME for assigned tools/programs/systems and maintain European HR knowledge base.
• Analyze knowledge and case management metrics to identify trends, content gaps, and improvement opportunities.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• Minimum 7 to 10 years of HR professional experience in commercial service delivery or customer service environment.
• Hands-on experience with Workday HCM functions.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow systems and related processes.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with agile methodologies.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective HR systems and process solutions.
