Sr. Associate I, Advance IT Analysis (Intelligent Automation Developer)

Overview

Sr. Associate I role focused on implementing and supporting enterprise intelligent automation solutions using Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, test, debug, and maintain solutions using Agile methodology.
• Work with databases by understanding existing queries and writing complex SQL queries.
• Build automation solutions involving OCR technologies (e.g., IQBOT, Document Intelligence).
• Contribute to intelligent automation for complex use cases (including cognitive, hyper automation, and Gen AI).
• Perform operations and maintenance tasks such as bot updates, incident management, and documentation.
• Gather requirements with business SMEs and assess automation feasibility for deployment.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting Automation Anywhere and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Experience with Python and VB scripts.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Exposure to Gen AI, AI agents, and prompting techniques.
• Programming skills including Python and working with APIs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
