Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering (Systems Analyst)

Overview

Sr. Associate I, Software Engineering (Systems Analyst) supports Digital Health programs with system governance, process optimization, operational excellence, and project financial oversight.

What you'll do

• Analyze business and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Gather, document, and maintain business requirements, workflows, and system documentation.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics for project health, risks, and delivery performance.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and expenditures and monitor spending trends and variances.
• Drive Jira governance and maintain epics, stories, tasks, and sprint boards.
• Maintain Confluence spaces and project documentation, including decision logs and status reports.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and manage action items, dependencies, risks, and escalations.

What you'll need

• 5-7 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree or Master’s in a related field.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, project governance, and operational reporting.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar collaboration tools.
• Experience with budget tracking, expense management, and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
