Overview

Sr. Associate role in P&C insurance claims, managing auto insurance claims, analyzing policy coverage, and supporting client and internal stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Efficiently manage and process auto insurance claims while ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze clients' policy coverage to provide actionable recommendations and ensure optimal protection.
• Investigate and resolve complex insurance-related issues, escalating as necessary to maintain service quality.
• Communicate effectively with customers, underwriters, and agents to facilitate smooth policy implementation and claims resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and provide informed guidance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed records of claims, interactions, and resolutions to support audits and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes, enhance operational efficiency, and improve the overall customer experience.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Actuarial Science, Economics, Finance, or Risk Management and Insurance, or Masters in Statistics.
• Required skills: Claims Management, Data Management, Insurance, Property & Casualty Insurance.
• English language proficiency at Upper Intermediate (B2) level (required).

Nice to have

• Associate in Claims (AIC) - The Institutes (USA).
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) - ACFE.
• Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) - American Academy of Professional Coders (AAPC).
• Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) - Insurance Institute of America (IIA).
