Sr. Associate, Manufacturing Engineering Operations

Overview

Established professional role in Manufacturing Operations focused on assembly, fabrication, forming and other manufacturing processes, with process improvement and analysis of work scheduling and sequencing.

What you'll do

• Manage and optimize production performance, including efficiency, productivity, production plan target achievement, and communicate quality and material issues.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with operators while resolving performance and capability issues through close coordination with process engineering, quality and supply chain.
• Analyse production performance daily, monthly and annually against criteria such as efficiency, labour and material productivity, and quality.
• Handle E-category manpower.
• Prepare analysis charts and business presentations.

What you'll need

• Good understanding of assembly, fabrication, forming and other manufacturing processes.
• Good understanding of lean manufacturing and TQM concepts such as productivity, efficiency, PPM and process capability.
• Good analytical abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to build effective working relationships with operators.
• Good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
