Sr Associate Software Engineer

Overview

Sr Associate Software Engineer contributing to the design, development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support of scalable software, data, and automation solutions for R&D Commercialization business needs.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and support scalable enterprise software applications, platform capabilities, and integrations.
• Translate business, functional, and technical requirements into technical designs, implementation tasks, data flows, integration patterns, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop production-ready applications, services, and automation solutions using Python, SQL, and other approved technologies.
• Develop and maintain APIs, web services, microservices, event-driven solutions, and enterprise application integrations.
• Support DevOps/continuous-delivery practices including CI/CD, environment management, and deployment validation.
• Troubleshoot production incidents across software, integration, data, and performance; perform root-cause analysis and corrective actions.

What you'll need

• Master’s degree and 3 years of Information Systems experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 4 years, or Associate’s degree and 6 years, or High school diploma/GED and 8 years.
• Demonstrated experience developing, integrating, deploying, or supporting enterprise software or data solutions.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience working with cloud, data, automation, or enterprise application platforms.
• Ability to independently deliver moderately complex technical assignments while collaborating cross-functionally.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, modular development, design patterns, and maintainable application design.
