Data Scientist, GTM

Overview

Lead measurement and analysis for GTM outcomes across the commercial customer lifecycle for an AI platform, turning commercial data into actionable strategy.

What you'll do

• Define GTM metrics, measurement frameworks, and core reporting across segments and products.
• Analyze commercial and user data to surface actionable insights and influence roadmaps and GTM strategy.
• Develop hypotheses and apply causal inference methods (e.g., controlled experiments, synthetic controls).
• Investigate anomalies, perform root cause analyses, and guide priorities using data.
• Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations for commercial decision-making.
• Present analyses to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including GTM leadership.
• Establish foundational data practices and help scale analytics infrastructure.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
• Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for technical and business audiences.
• Strong written communication and presentation skills.
• Comfort creating structure and driving progress in ambiguous environments.

• Hybrid work policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.

• Annual compensation range (OTE): $285,000–$380,000 USD.
