Data Scientist for the Safeguards Data Science and Analytics team, helping build safe and beneficial AI through data-driven measurement and experimentation.

What you'll do

• Deep dive into user behavior data to identify safety concerns and insights.
• Define core success metrics for the team and report on performance.
• Set goals, build forecasts, monitor outcomes, and develop actionable reporting.
• Identify and size product opportunities to influence the product roadmap.
• Develop hypotheses, design controlled experiments, and analyze results against key metrics.
• Establish foundational data best practices and improve data accessibility across the company.
