Data Scientist, B2B Demand Generation, Growth & Measurement

Overview

Hiring a Data Scientist to lead measurement, experimentation, and decision science for B2B demand generation. The role focuses on understanding which marketing investments create incremental demand, qualified pipeline, and revenue, and on scaling measurement across the full funnel.

What you'll do

• Define north-star, leading, and guardrail metrics for B2B demand generation.
• Design and execute measurement and experimentation strategies across channels and campaigns.
• Analyze channel, audience, campaign, creative, landing-page, and account-segment performance.
• Partner cross-functionally to improve instrumentation, campaign taxonomy, and CRM data quality.
• Build AI-native measurement and decision-support workflows using LLMs and agents.

What you'll need

• 10+ years in a quantitative role such as Data Science, Growth Analytics, or Decision Science.
• Deep expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and applied statistics.
• Strong technical fluency in SQL and Python.
• Experience joining and analyzing marketing, web analytics, product, CRM, and revenue data.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into marketing decisions.
• Strong understanding of B2B funnel mechanics and attribution tradeoffs.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional partnership skills.
