Overview

Sr. AWS Developer, Managed Services to execute and implement complex enterprise solution designs using AWS-optimized architectures, focused on contact center solutions leveraging Amazon Connect.

What you'll do

• Work with a Solution Architect to deliver contact center solutions.
• Provide technical advisory support during business process reviews to identify customer requirements.
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect solutions.
• Lead solution design implementation using best practices and programming principles.
• Distribute development tasks and perform code reviews.
• Deliver technical end-user training and documentation.

What you'll need

• Hands-on programming experience (Python or JavaScript; also mentions Python, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js).
• Experience building integrations across systems using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of JSON format and related services.
• Experience with CloudFormation, AWS CDK, and Lambda integrations.
• Logging experience with CloudWatch for troubleshooting.
• Experience implementing CI/CD or Infrastructure as Code.

• Work mode: Remote.
• Location: Remote in Colombia.
• Travel commitment: up to 25% for certain roles.
