Sr. Benefit Specialist

Overview

Sr. Benefit Specialist role for remote work in India, focused on compensation/benefits-related staff support activities such as policy administration and job description/audit work.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and administer compensation policies and programs.
• Audit jobs for content and prepare job descriptions covering responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.
• Participate in compensation surveys and analyze salary information to assess competitive positioning.
• Review proposed salary adjustments for compliance with established guidelines, policies, and practices.
• Recommend corrective or alternative actions to address compensation-related problems.
• Review requests for new or revised classifications and determine salary grade assignments.
• Formulate recommendations on salary structure, FLSA exemptions, job revisions, and organizational structures.

What you'll need

• Must be able to furnish proof of authorization to work in the country applied for on a permanent basis without sponsorship.
