Quote Operations Associate

Overview

Quote Operations Associate to support renewal quoting execution within Deal Desk Operations as a hybrid India-based role.

What you'll do

• Serve as a Salesforce CPQ subject-matter expert for quote/SKU configuration and quote structuring.
• Create preparatory draft renewal quotes and guide operational teams as a business partner.
• Ensure policy-compliant quoting by reviewing and granting SKU use-case exceptions per policy.
• Troubleshoot quote issues end-to-end, including analyzing impacts of contract/subscription data.
• Resolve quoting problems by escalating for support when needed.
• Support UAT for new quote processes and system enhancements.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations Support, Quote Support, or Order Management.
• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging/positioning AI-driven solutions.
• Cross-functional experience working with operational teams in quote creation.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and deadline management.
• Proficiency with Salesforce.com and quote applications (preferably CPQ), plus MS Office/G-suite/ Tableau/ Salesforce reporting.
