Regulatory Reporting, Associate

Overview

Associate position supporting regulatory reporting requirements, particularly EMIR/SFTR or NoA, for multiple asset classes.

What you'll do

• Support regulatory reporting across Rates, Credit, Commodities, Equities, and Foreign Exchange.
• Manage exception handling and ensure daily data accuracy.
• Compile Management Information Systems (MIS) and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Identify control gaps and collaborate with technology teams to remediate them.
• Drive audit finding and regulatory query build/remediation efforts.
• Conduct root cause analysis for exceptions and escalate significant issues.

What you'll need

• 5–7 years of work experience in an Ops role within financial services.
• Graduate in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.
• Regulatory experience including EMIR & SFTR and NoA (preferred).
• Analytical skills for root cause analysis and remediation strategy proposals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Conceptual understanding or practical experience with AI/automation tools (e.g., scripting, basic automation platforms).
