Deal Desk Analyst

Overview

Deal Desk Analyst role supporting HubSpot’s global Deal Desk function across the quote-to-cash cycle. You’ll manage high-volume commercial workflows, partner cross-functionally, and improve processes, systems, and automation.

What you'll do

• Own and execute Deal Desk and quote-to-cash workflows with accuracy, efficiency, and policy compliance.
• Handle non-standard commercial requests, approvals, and exceptions requiring operational oversight.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Legal, and Customer Success to facilitate efficient deal execution.
• Improve operational service levels, process consistency, and scalability across the deal lifecycle.
• Identify workflow streamlining opportunities to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency.
• Contribute to process improvement, system enhancements, and workflow automation projects.
• Support development and adoption of AI-enabled solutions for operational scale and effectiveness.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience in quote-to-cash, Deal Desk, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related functions.
• Direct exposure to QTC workflows such as quoting, order management, billing, or revenue recognition handoffs.
• Ability to build, document, and improve operational processes.
• Experience working in structured operational processes with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on continuous improvement.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and communicating effectively.
