Compensation Specialist

Overview

Compensation Specialist role within the Global Total Rewards team, supporting broad-based compensation programs and recurring compensation activities.

What you'll do

• Assist with administration of broad-based compensation programs and processes alongside senior team members.
• Prepare and maintain standard reports, spreadsheets, and compensation data files for ongoing program administration and analysis.
• Support compensation survey participation, including data collection, job matching, and basic benchmarking activities under guidance.
• Validate compensation data, job information, and employee records to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
• Respond to routine compensation queries and escalate complex matters as appropriate.
• Contribute to process documentation and support continuous improvement of compensation workflows and reporting.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in broad-based compensation, total rewards, HR, or rewards consulting.
• Basic understanding of compensation principles, HR processes, and data analysis.
• Proficiency in Excel, including working with spreadsheets, data validation, lookups, and pivot tables.
• High attention to detail with standards for accuracy, confidentiality, and documentation quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines during peak compensation cycles, and work collaboratively with a global team.
• Flexibility to join calls outside standard IST hours during annual cycles and key deliverables.
