Overview
Senior Business Analyst within the IT Business Partnership team, acting as a trusted advisor to business functions and supporting multiple business areas as priorities evolve.
What you'll do
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders; build relationships with senior leaders and anticipate needs before they are articulated.
- Lead discovery for complex, multi-team initiatives and facilitate workshops that produce decisions, not just documentation.
- Reframe problem statements, identify root causes, and turn ambiguous needs into clear, actionable requirements with minimal rework.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across competing priorities, escalating to IT Business Partnering leadership when needed.
- Shape refinement and sprint planning; own requirements quality and UAT coverage across teams, and drive post-deployment validation and change management.
- Own process maps and documentation for the assigned domain(s), and work flexibly across business areas as priorities evolve.
- Build and govern the domain knowledge base and AI-assisted workflows: set validation standards, maintain an agent-readiness map, and review agent accuracy, with documented human review of outputs.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and distributed teams, managing handoffs so context and decisions move across time zones.
- Mentor peers and contribute to BA standards, templates, hiring, onboarding, and the community of practice.
