Sr Data Analyst (Advanced Analytics/Predictive Modelling/ML/Basics of DS + LLM + Problem Solving)

Senior Data Analyst focused on advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and problem solving to help improve client retention.

What you'll do

• Own problem structuring, analysis, and implementation of strategic initiatives and cross-organizational deliverables.
• Partner with data science and data engineering teams to develop scalable analytics-based solutions for client retention.
• Analyze large amounts of data to derive business insights.
• Interact with business leaders to understand pain areas and build solutions for their needs.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of progressive business experience involving data/business analytics.
• Foundational understanding of data science concepts.
• Ability to explain the business implementation of data science.
• Bachelor’s degree required; concentration in statistics, data science, mathematics, engineering, computer science, or operations research preferred.
• Strong technical understanding of data for analysis and visualization; basic programming in Python, R, or SQL.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated statistical analysis skills, including pattern/trend identification and model/methodology selection.
