Sr. Developer - Application Development Microsoft N 4B

Overview

Sr. Developer for Application Development focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and contact center/Omnichannel solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and gaps vs. D365 capabilities.
• Design end-to-end functional solutions using Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform features.
• Configure contact center/Omnichannel capabilities including routing and customer interaction settings.
• Create and maintain functional documentation and plan/deliver end-user training for user adoption.
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams and support delivery across the project lifecycle (Agile/SCRUM).
• Develop and execute SIT and UAT test plans and provide post-go-live support and escalations.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience implementing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions focused on Customer Service/Contact Center.
• Proven experience with D365 Customer Service and contact center solutions.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Customer Service case management, knowledge management, queues, routing, entitlements, and SLAs.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
• Familiarity with data migration, system integration concepts (APIs, Azure services), and DevOps practices.
• Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills and strong communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
