Sr. Developer - Enterprise Application - Oracle N 4B

Overview

Senior developer role building and maintaining Oracle Fusion reports using BI Publisher and OTBI, within Genpact's Enterprise Application - Oracle N practice.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain Oracle Fusion reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
• Analyze and resolve reporting defects, data discrepancies, and performance issues.
• Create and modify data models, SQL queries, templates, and report layouts.
• Support report migrations across environments and perform unit testing.
• Work with functional consultants to understand business reporting requirements.
• Troubleshoot security and data access issues related to reports.
• Optimize report execution time and improve report design standards.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer artifacts.
• Participate in issue resolution, UAT support, and production support activities.

What you'll need

• Strong experience with Oracle Fusion BI Publisher (BIP).
• Expertise in OTBI, SQL, and Oracle reporting frameworks.
• Experience developing financial, procurement, project, or HCM reports in Oracle Fusion.
• Good understanding of Oracle Fusion data models and subject areas.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot report-related issues independently.
• Experience in production support and defect resolution.
• Language: English (Required), Proficient - C2.
• Qualifications: Bachelors - Computer Engineering, Bachelors - Computer Science, Bachelors - Information Technology, or Masters - Software Engineering.

Nice to have

• Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant experience.
• Knowledge of FBDI, HDL, OIC, or other Fusion technical components.
• Exposure to Oracle Cloud implementations or support projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications listed in the ad: AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate, ISTQB Certified Tester, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate, Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I, BUILD - Digital Marketing (Genpact).
