Overview

Sr. Engineer - Application Support at Genpact to provide advanced technical support and application maintenance, along with documentation and new application implementation support.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot and resolve application-related incidents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime.
• Perform application maintenance (monitoring performance, applying patches, upgrading software versions).
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support troubleshooting.
• Support implementation of new applications (testing, deployment, post-implementation support).

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Have a Master’s degree in Software Engineering (listed in the education section).
• Hold AWS Certified DevOps Engineer – Professional (AWS).
• Hold AWS certification listed and AWS Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (CNCF).
• Be familiar with ITIL framework and ITIL practices.
• Have required skills including Technical Support and Release Management.
• English language proficiency at an advanced level (C1).
