Sr. Engineer - Instrumentation (Process & Piping)

Overview

Senior Instrumentation & Control Engineer for Water/Wastewater/Desalination projects in India, supporting global delivery of I&C and SCADA systems.

What you'll do

• Develop design reports, specifications, plans, and client deliverables for I&C and SCADA.
• Specify instruments, controllers, computers, servers, ancillary equipment, components, and application software.
• Define interface requirements for process valves, adjustable frequency drives, and packaged systems.
• Develop and modify PLC and HMI application programming and related components.
• Support design through commissioning/start-up, training, and close-out phase activities.
• Coordinate SCADA system requirements with other disciplines during design.
• Provide mentoring and support for junior engineers and CAD technicians.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in the water/wastewater industry.
• B.E./M.Tech. (preferred) in Instrumentation & Control from a recognized university.
• Professional registration/licensure in the designated home office country, or inactive pursuit of such registration.
• Awareness of quality aspects such as registers, design issues logs, QC process, and design transmittals.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and follow relevant design manuals/standards.
• Good English communication skills.
