Sr. Engineering Manager

Overview

Sr. Engineering Manager to lead cross-functional engineering teams across frontend, backend, UI/UX, quality, and data engineering, with people leadership and project delivery ownership.

What you'll do

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams spanning frontend, backend, UI/UX, quality assurance, and data engineering.
• Provide technical direction to ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, secure, and aligned to product/business requirements.
• Participate in solution design reviews across frontend, backend, integration, UX, testing, and data platforms.
• Establish engineering standards, coding practices, design principles, review processes, and quality expectations.
• Drive continuous improvements across software development, data engineering, testing, integration, and delivery practices.
• Coach, mentor, and develop engineers and technical leads; run 1:1s, set goals, and perform evaluations.

What you'll need

• 14–16 years of software engineering experience.
• Experience in technology leadership, people leadership, and project delivery.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Data Engineering, Data Science, or related.
• Strong understanding of modern software engineering practices.
• Knowledge of enterprise data platforms.
• Ability to manage people, projects, technical execution, delivery commitments, and stakeholder expectations.
