Overview
Work on highly complex Oracle Supply Chain Management projects across Procurement, Order Management and Inventory, delivering technical solutions and service integrations with Product Owners. Take ownership of tasks while mentoring and helping team members.
What you'll do
- Engineer and design sound, supportable technical solutions to complex supply chain business problems.
- Evaluate enhancement requests and determine potential impacts on current system design and configuration using Oracle PO, OM and INV modules.
- Code complex or integrated customizations and solutions using PL/SQL procedures and packages, Unix Shell Scripts, Oracle Forms and Oracle OAF.
- Support and maintain existing customizations and application functionality.
- Triage and debug production issues involving data, code, performance and security, and identify root causes and corrective actions.
- Partner with the Business team and Supply Chain functional teams to understand business problems, design requirements, and perform development and testing in multiple instances.
- Conduct CRP and UAT.
- Attend CAB processes and meetings to migrate code to production.
- Monitor programs and interfaces using APPWORX chains and create new ones.
- Develop technical and design documents such as CF250, MD200 and BR100.
- Collaborate with other development team members.
- Contribute reusable components to project and data delivery platforms across teams.
- Contribute to design, solution and impact analysis, development, testing and code deployment.
- Break down problems, document problem statements and estimate efforts.
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver while mentoring and helping team members.
- Analyze, design and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based on current and future states in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Review, analyze and develop domain-level architectural requirements within the product portfolio or team.
- Explore alternate technologies and approaches, and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and operational support.
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math).
- 5 -10 years of experience in Oracle application development and implementation.
- Sound knowledge in Oracle SCM module implementation, including features, functionalities, configuration, and front and back end technical details.
- In-depth experience with Oracle RICEW objects.
- Techno-functional experience in implementations of Oracle SCM modules: PO, OM and INV.
- High technical PL/SQL ability.
- Experience working in Oracle EBS RICEW Components.
- Experience with BI Publisher Reports, Web ADIs, Oracle Form Builders, Form personalization and OAF.
- Functional knowledge of Oracle EBS modules including Inventory, PO and OM.
- Knowledge of APPWORX.
- Experience with solutions, industry best practices and multiple business processes within the Oracle Supply Chain domain.
- Experience in Agile Project Management Methodology.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills that non-technical end users can understand.

- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to build positive and professional business relationships with internal and external partners.
- Proven track record of successful problem definition and decomposition.
