Sr. Financial Analyst

Overview

Support month-end close, reporting, reconciliation, and financial analysis for the finance organization. Own the monthly close package and financial data loading while using AI tools to improve reporting and analysis workflows.

What you'll do

• Assemble the monthly close package and leadership review slide deck.
• Load and validate financial data in SmartView and Oracle Hyperion.
• Use AI tools to streamline reporting and identify errors.
• Improve recurring close and reporting processes.
• Communicate close status, issues, timelines, and risks to finance stakeholders.
• Support additional reporting and analysis initiatives.

What you'll need

• 3–5+ years of finance or accounting experience involving reporting, reconciliation, or close support.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT for analysis, reconciliation, or automation.
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial systems.
• Attention to detail and accurate work under monthly deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience working with US-based business teams and independently owning recurring deliverables.

Nice to have

• Insurance or property and casualty industry exposure.
• Experience with SmartView, Hyperion, or similar consolidation tools.

Details

• Remote role in India.
• Eight working hours excluding breaks, including four core US-hours overlap from 7:30 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. IST.
• Pay range: INR 1,687,500–2,362,500 annually.
