Sales Operations Coordinator

Overview

The Sales Operations Coordinator provides administrative and operational support for a sales organization, covering systems administration, compliance workflows, housing/apparel logistics, and event coordination across markets.

What you'll do

• Manage user provisioning and access permissions across sales software platforms, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain and update SOPs for sales systems and administrative workflows.
• Handle 1099 contractor paperwork, W-9 collection, and compliance tracking with HR/Payroll.
• Run structured onboarding and offboarding checklists for incoming and departing sales representatives.
• Order uniforms, apparel, and official ID badges for field representatives.
• Coordinate housing lease setups, utility billing, and vendor communication, and process related invoices.
• Coordinate recruitment events, sales blitzes, and incentive trips logistics, including budgets and invoice approvals.

What you'll need

• 2-4+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative Support for fast-paced sales teams.
• Experience managing software user access, onboarding workflows, and vendor logistics.
• Working knowledge of 1099 contractor paperwork and sales administrative coordination.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, and project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, or Monday.com).
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work full-time during US business hours.
