Sr. lead Engineer – Customer Engineering

Overview

Sr. Lead Engineer – Customer Engineering working on USB and PCIe technology, embedded systems, and device driver development.

What you'll do

• Debug and resolve USB and PCIe issues during design reviews and customer hardware bring-up.
• Support customer hardware bring-up on multiprocessor and multithreaded ASIC platforms.
• Develop, debug, and maintain device drivers for peripheral interfaces including USB and PCIe.
• Analyze and fix complex driver-level issues reported by customers.
• Collaborate with hardware, firmware, validation, and cross-functional teams to ensure peripheral functionality.
• Participate in design reviews, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.

What you'll need

• 3–6 years of experience in embedded systems development.
• Hands-on experience developing device drivers on one or more operating systems, including RTOS or other embedded OS.
• Strong proficiency in C programming.
• Solid understanding of microprocessor and multiprocessor architectures.
• Good knowledge of real-time/embedded programming concepts and RTOS fundamentals.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Minimum education/work experience options include a bachelor’s with 3+ years, master’s with 2+ years, or PhD with 1+ year in relevant areas.
