Overview

Sr. Machine Learning Engineer (Speech) - AI will work on speech-to-text and automatic speech recognition pipelines to support Level AI’s ASR engine.

What you'll do

• Work on speech-to-text pipeline problems such as transcription, diarization, and voice activity detection.
• Train, deploy, and maintain scalable automatic speech recognition (ASR) pipelines.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art ASR techniques and share knowledge with colleagues.
• Collaborate with team members on system architecture and design.
• Run experiments independently using model architectures, training schemes, and approaches from ASR literature.
• Deliver high-quality products in an agile environment.

What you'll need

• Have 2+ years of experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Deploy deep learning models for speech recognition pipelines.
• Demonstrate awareness of state-of-the-art research in speech recognition and signal processing.
• Show algorithm and model development experience for large-scale applications.
• Have strong machine learning fundamentals knowledge.
• Use Python and PyTorch.
