Overview

Manager, Field Engineering (Data & AI) leading Solutions Architects for large and strategic customers in India, building and scaling a pre-sales field-engineering organization.

What you'll do

Lead and manage a team of Solutions Architects in the Data & AI domain.
Build and scale the pre-sales field engineering segment organization.
Develop and coach pre-sales team members across sales cycle stages.
Position and articulate business-value-focused data & AI solutions to customers and prospects.
Interface with leadership and C-suite stakeholders at strategic customers.
Support India expansion and build brand in India with Marketing and Sales.

What you'll need

Have 6+ years experience in a pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing managerial role.
Have 6+ years experience working with strategic Banking/Financial Services accounts generating +$1M ARR.
Have 6+ years experience in Big Data Architecture including Data Engineering / Data Warehouse / Machine Learning / Data Science components.
Have experience scaling and mentoring field and technical teams with in-person and remote working models.
Be knowledgeable and passionate about data-driven decisions, AI, and Cloud software models.
Be knowledgeable in Apache Spark and the Databricks ecosystem.
