Sr Manager - Operations Strategy (remote)

Overview

Senior Manager, Operations Strategy at Collins Aerospace (RTX), a remote role supporting the Collins Operations leadership team with strategic planning and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Lead annual operations strategic planning, including capital investment analysis and financial forecasting.
• Establish and manage operational targets and metrics to support long-term goals.
• Conduct competitive intelligence analysis to identify opportunities and risks within the industry.
• Perform risk assessments to inform executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Provide executive decision support through data analysis, scenario modeling, and recommendations.
• Support strategic reviews, continuous improvement events, and other processes as needed.
• Collaborate across multilevel disciplines to accomplish organizational goals effectively.

What you'll need

• University degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience.
• 3+ years experience in operational roles with a focus on strategy and execution.
• Experience with project management, including planning and execution.
• Prior work experience with multilevel disciplines to achieve organizational goals.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of manufacturing or technical processes.
• Familiarity with finance terminology and concepts.

Details

• Location: US-CT-REMOTE; remote role, primarily offsite (from home), with travel to site locations as needed.
• Travel: must be willing and able to travel 25% of the time.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future; no immigration sponsorship offered; no export authorization sought.
• Security clearance: not required.
