Sr OIC Developer

Overview

Own integrations and data flows across OIC, BigCommerce, JDE/SAP, Salesforce, Perfion, Algolia, Hygraph, and HubSpot. The role covers integration development, platform data models, observability, and technical documentation.

What you'll do

• Build OIC integrations between commerce, ERP, CRM, PIM, and search platforms.
• Own the Perfion PIM data model and publishing workflows.
• Configure Algolia indexes, replicas, ranking strategies, and synonyms.
• Maintain Hygraph schemas and content models.
• Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce and BigCommerce.
• Establish logs, retries, dead-letter queues, and alerts for integrations.
• Document integration events, payloads, and failure modes.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of integration or iPaaS experience.
• At least 2 years using OIC, MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
• Strong REST and SOAP API skills.
• Fluency with XML, JSON, OAuth, JWT, and mTLS.
• Hands-on experience with a PIM platform.
• Experience with Algolia, Elastic, Solr, or Coveo.
• Database fluency including SQL, joins, and query plans.

Nice to have

• Experience with Hygraph or another headless CMS.
• HubSpot and Salesforce integration experience.
• BigCommerce integration experience.
• Exposure to event-driven architectures such as Kafka, EventBridge, or Pub/Sub.
