Sr Procurement Analyst

Overview

Sr Procurement Analyst responsible for end-to-end strategic sourcing analytics, competitive bidding, supplier negotiations, and procurement operations support.

What you'll do

• Analyze spend data and build internal and external category profiles.
• Conduct market intelligence, opportunity assessments, and category strategy planning.
• Run structured supplier negotiations and support contracting with legal teams.
• Manage day-to-day procurement activities, workloads, priorities, and escalation/reporting.
• Collect stakeholder requests, document progress, and support stakeholder query responses.
• Support RFP/RFQ/RFI tendering activities and maintain audit trails with required documentation.

What you'll need

• Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in sourcing analytics and strategic sourcing.
• Ability to run competitive bidding processes (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and manage negotiations.
• Master’s degree in business administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant tools.
• Experience on S2C platforms such as Coupa, Scan Market, Ariba, or Jaggaer.
• Knowledge of procurement processes including sourcing initiatives and related purchasing channels.
• Ability to use Power BI (advantage) and familiarity with SAP.

Details

• Work location includes Mumbai office (Andheri, Mumbai) with shift work; candidate must be willing for any shift.
• Remote - India is listed, and there is mandatory work from Mumbai office when not onsite at client locations.
• Willingness to work in US shift time is stated.
