Overview

Support the Strategic Sourcing team in executing sourcing strategy for indirect goods and services and drive key enterprise procurement initiatives.

What you'll do

• Execute RFX events (RFIs/RFPs/RFQs) and auctions based on sourcing requirements within agreed timelines.
• Plan and prioritize workload for timely and accurate delivery.
• Support vendors by resolving queries on event participation and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Conduct onboarding sessions for new vendors and support system setups.
• Act as SME in Sourcing Services, training and guiding Sourcing Leads on best practices and standard operating procedures.
• Build awareness among SSLs of the criticality of following process to ensure compliance.
• Train new SSLs on Ariba/Coupa project management and sourcing optimization processes.
• Create and maintain training documents and SOPs for new and existing processes.
• Drive continuous process improvement to achieve operational excellence.
• Support reporting requirements for the Strategic Sourcing team.
• Serve as primary point of contact for partners and collaborate across the organization on projects and process requirements, supporting cross-functional process simplification and efficiency.

What you'll need

• 6-8 years of procurement experience with a record of increased responsibility and/or complexity.
• Ability to think strategically with excellent quantitative skills.
• Proficiency in creating dashboards and reports (Greenfield, DOMO, Excel).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for owning processes end to end by actively communicating with US partners.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to solve problems.
• Advanced systems knowledge of SAP - Ariba, Microsoft Office and other systems.
