Sr. Product Specialist - Implementation/Onboarding

Overview

Sr. Product Specialist - Implementation/Onboarding is a customer-facing role focused on requirements gathering, product configuration, demos, and successful implementations of Zenoti solutions.

What you'll do

• Work with customers to define requirements and support adoption of Zenoti solutions.
• Deliver demos, walk-throughs, and solution reviews with customers.
• Design and set up proof of concepts and pilots for priority customers.
• Configure Zenoti to match customer business scenarios.
• Identify risks based on product capabilities and implement mitigation plans.
• Resolve customer issues to ensure timely, successful implementations and satisfaction.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of experience in Implementation and support of Enterprise products.
• Strong verbal and written communication for requirements and solution documentation.
• Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality.
• Ability to manage and work across multiple projects.
• Ability to demo/train and deliver customer presentations.
• Logical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
• Open to work in the night shift.
• Open to travel on short notice to customer locations when required.
