Senior Product Specialist (SaaS Implementation and Onboarding)

Overview

Senior Product Specialist to lead SaaS implementation and customer onboarding for Zenoti’s AI product suite.

What you'll do

• Lead customer onboarding journeys for seamless setup, integration, and initial success with AI products.
• Run customer-focused sessions and demos, recommending best practices.
• Drive product adoption by monitoring usage and identifying opportunities to increase adoption.
• Act as a trusted advisor to help customers integrate AI solutions into business workflows and define success metrics.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Support to escalate and resolve customer issues.
• Track and report customer health, adoption, and engagement metrics, providing business reviews.

What you'll need

• 5–8 years of hands-on experience in SaaS.
• Background preferably as a Product Specialist or Solutions Architect or Business Consultant.
• Strong understanding of onboarding, engagement, and adoption frameworks.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management experience across diverse groups.
• Required prior hands-on exposure to AI or data-driven products.
• Proficiency analyzing product usage data and presenting actionable insights.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for requirements and solution documentation.
