Sr. Site Contracts Lead, FSP, APAC

Overview

Sr. Site Contracts Lead for FSP, APAC, responsible for site contract training, serving as a subject matter expert for global site contracting issues, and overseeing clinical trial agreement (CTA) negotiations and execution.

What you'll do

• Establish, maintain, and update training material for site contracts lead team and site contract negotiators.
• Oversee negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTAs) and drive CTA finalization and execution, including contractual language, terms, financial attachments, and investigator grant budgets.
• Manage CTA and budget negotiation status and escalate out-of-parameter queries to sponsor decision-makers.
• Advise study teams and sponsor stakeholders on trends, norms, risks, and mitigation tactics related to site contract and budget negotiations.
• Plan contract execution strategy and coordinate CTA strategy with overall study start-up plans and expectations.
• Coordinate communications between study stakeholders and global site-facing site contract & budget negotiators; participate in regular study calls as needed.

What you'll need

• BS degree in life sciences, a health-related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong experience in a CRO/pharmaceutical industry with relevant clinical trial expertise or site start-up experience.
• Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations, drug development, and clinical project management procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Project, Outlook, and Internet.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a dynamic environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to teach/mentor and coach team members.

Details

• Minimal travel may be required (up to 25%).
