Senior Sales Executive- Property Developers

Overview

Senior individual contributor sales role responsible for revenue and pipeline in the UAE for developer partnerships.

What you'll do

• Own redpin commercial targets in the UAE.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of real estate developer partnerships.
• Drive full-cycle deal execution, from origination to qualification and close.
• Develop direct origination channels with developer sales teams and related functions.
• Identify and prioritize high-value developer targets across the UAE.
• Build and maintain relationships at CFO/COO/Head of Sales level within target organizations.
• Track market dynamics, competitor activity, and regulatory changes, and report to senior leadership.

What you'll need

• Track record of closing complex, high-value B2B deals.
• Experience selling to C-suite in the UAE real estate or financial services market.
• Deep familiarity with the UAE developer landscape and payment complexity.
• Comfort navigating regulated environments and compliance requirements.
• Fluent English; Arabic is a significant advantage.
