Overview

Sales Supervisor for GT, managing a team of sales representatives for a specific region in Vietnam.

What you'll do

• Manage, develop, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet sales strategy, annual targets, and KPIs.
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure product activations support KPI achievement.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to create and manage an annual business plan aligned to channel KPIs and revenue targets, and report as required.
• Build and manage beneficial customer relationships to support product category execution.
• Work closely with stakeholders including customers and product/category activation teams to optimize revenue across the region.
• Train the team to use sales tools and make informed decisions to develop product categories and complete the annual plan.

What you'll need

• Knowledge of routes-to-market and the market and distribution channels where Mondelez International operates.
• Sales experience.
• Strong organization and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interaction skills.
• Solid knowledge of sales and the negotiation process.
