Sr. Sales Executive

About the role

We’re looking for 3 Sr. Sales Executives to join a real estate firm in Sector 29, Gurgaon. This role is ideal for sales professionals who have strong property sales experience and can confidently manage prospects from first call to final closure.

What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound real estate sales leads and convert them into site visits and bookings
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, brokers, and channel partners
• Understand client requirements and present suitable property options
• Follow up consistently to move prospects through the sales pipeline and close deals
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience after booking

What we're looking for

• 3–5 years of sales experience, strictly in a real estate firm
• Proven ability to sell residential or commercial property
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work from Sector 29, Gurgaon

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM tools
• Existing network in the Gurgaon real estate market
