Sr Software Engineer

Overview

Sr Software Engineer for the Customer Experience (CX) Learning team, building scalable and secure applications and services for global learning experiences.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain code for software applications.
• Maintain SQL Server database schemas, tables, and relationships for application needs.
• Collaborate on scalable integrations between learning platforms and other systems.
• Participate in stand-ups, code reviews, and contribute to testing (unit tests and automated suites as applicable).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development and production environments with guidance.
• Provide level 2 troubleshooting and support for internal and customer-facing learning systems and tools.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for code and processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong C# and ASP.NET Core skills for application development.
• Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
• Hands-on experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
• Understanding of secure coding practices and basic cloud concepts.
