Sr Software Engineer- (SQL Developer) – Postgres, Snowflake, AWS

Overview

Sr Software Engineer (SQL Developer) focusing on backend applications, workflows, and reporting using SQL and related data platforms.

What you'll do

• Design and build backend applications, workflows, and reports using data sources from Veradigm practice management updates.
• Maintain and update existing applications, workflows, and reports to meet evolving business needs.
• Perform data migrations and conversions between systems while ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
• Write and optimize Microsoft SQL Server queries, stored procedures, and scripts for application and reporting support.
• Configure and manage Windows file permissions for secure and appropriate access to data and applications.
• Produce and execute unit test cases and maintain coding standards.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
• 4-7 years of relevant work experience (preferred range).
• Strong understanding of Microsoft SQL and Windows file permissions.
• Knowledge/experience with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS, Python, and SSRS (helpful).
• Familiarity with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines and modern SDLC practices.
