Sr. Solution Architect 3

Overview

Security Solution Architect (SSA) serving as the technical pre-sales lead for Genpact's Cybersecurity practice, owning one security domain and partnering on pursuits and solution design.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end solution design and implementation processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
• Develop architecture plans and provide guidance on technology selection.
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve existing infrastructure.
• Drive innovation and continuous improvement in the architecture domain.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
• Conduct architecture reviews and ensure compliance with standards and policies.
• Own discovery, solution architecture, RFP ownership, estimates and SOWs, orals and demos, reusable assets, alliance engagement, and sales enablement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Information Systems or Software Engineering.
• Language: English, Advanced (C1), required.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Business Process Management (BPM), Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Inclusion, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, Risk Management, Solution Architecture, Storytelling.
