Sr. Staff Software Development Engineer

Overview

Remote Sr. Staff Software Development Engineer (based in India) to architect, build, and scale security operations and exposure management infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Design and develop scalable, secure software systems including microservices and REST/gRPC APIs.
• Implement distributed systems using messaging, search stores, and cloud storage solutions.
• Collaborate with front-end engineers to deliver high-performance user-focused APIs.
• Mentor junior engineers and support engineering talent growth.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize services with a DevOps mindset.

What you'll need

• 8+ years of hands-on software application development experience with distributed systems and cloud storage solutions.
• Proficiency in Java and Spring frameworks including Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Containerization experience with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Experience with observability tools including DataDog, Grafana, or Prometheus.
• Expertise across the full SDLC including Git, deployment, and system optimization.
