What you'll do

• Develop and implement test strategies and plans for software applications.
• Lead a team of testing professionals to execute test cases and scenarios effectively.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and define testing objectives.
• Perform manual and automated testing activities to validate software functionality and performance.
• Identify and report bugs, issues, and defects in a timely manner.
• Analyze test results and provide recommendations for improvements to the development team.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in application testing to enhance testing processes and methodologies.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology, or Master's in Software Engineering.
• Required skills: Agile Methodology, Appium, Automated Testing, Change Management, Client Relations, Collaboration Tools, Cucumber (Software), Cypress.io Testing Framework, Design Thinking, Executive Presence, Firmware Testing, Inclusion, iTKO LISA, Modernizing Operations, People Leadership, Personal Effectiveness, QA Automation, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Consulting, Quality Management, Risk Management, Selenium, Storytelling, Test Process Improvement (TPI), Tricentis Tosca.
