Staff Cloud Security Architect

Overview

The Staff Cloud Security Architect is a hands-on cloud security subject matter expert who defines and implements secure cloud architectures across enterprise environments.

What you'll do

• Define and implement cloud security architecture frameworks, principles, and guidelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize and address security maturity initiatives.
• Design scalable security solutions for cloud deployment, operations, and management.
• Build proof of concept tools and platforms to proactively address security issues at scale.
• Perform architecture reviews, security assessments, threat modeling, and risk analysis.
• Create secure reference architectures, reusable patterns, standards, and best practices.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• Have 15+ years securing complex on-prem or cloud deployments.
• Have 6+ years dedicated cloud security architecture and design experience.
• Have significant experience with AWS, GCP, and/or Azure environments.
• Be proficient in at least one programming/scripting language such as Python, Go, or Java.
• Have extensive experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices architectures.
